My website is going to completely change! With a brand new theme, site and more.

Also, I’m now not just working on iPhone Development, I’m going to be moving onto Android and for the Palm Pre!

Ever wanted to post a nice set of notes to someone over Twitter, whilst on your iPhone? Seems pretty longwinded…

Well with an upcoming build of Twitterville you’ll be able to do all of that, without leaving the app!

With thanks to Arron and James at RFly.me, you can right a note and get a short URL link to that note! This way you can write a note (and with 3.0, copy and paste), and then send your notes to however you want :)

Ever used a custom URL on an iPhone? For examle, you type ‘twttr://somethingelse.com’ into Mobile Safari and then another app opens. This works the same way with ‘mailto://’.

Currenty I’m working on adding this feature into Twitterville! This will probably be released in a 1.3 version update as it’s going quite well.

Then, in a couple of weeks (or less!) I’ll have my new website hooked up with all the relevant info, more features and other things which can be done with this custom URL scheme.

I’ll be releasing more info, videos and screenshots closer to the time!

I’ll be letting the beta testers have a quick test run before it’s full released too :)

Many of you have contacted me asking when the next update will be and how it will improve Twitterville. Well one thing I CAN say, is that a lot of bugs have been fixed (and more will be fixed for update 1.3).

Any bugs you do find, PLEASE report them! I’ll then find them and fix them in an upcoming update.
